Southwest florida clam info needed

:cool: First, let me praise all the people that answer the posts of people with questions. I have found answers on fixing my outboard without even posting a question! What a great site! <br /> Now I need your help finding the rules and regulations on clamming in sarasota Fl. (SW FLA)<br />I cant seem to be able to fine any info online, such as maps,when,where,how many and size. I dont want to sell them, just enjoy them. :) hope someone can lead me in the right direction.<br /><br /> Hungery for a clambake<br /> thanks,Harley

The bag limit is one 5 gallon bucket per person or two per vessel, whichever is less, per day. There is no set closed season, but all harvest is prohibited when allowable harvesting areas are closed.
