It's so cold: <br /><br />Richard Simmons was seen putting on a pair of long pants<br /><br />The only essential employee in Washington is one with a snow shovel<br /><br />People are tuning in C-SPAN just to get a blast of hot air.<br /><br />I saw an Amish guy buying an electric blanket<br /><br />We had to stop eating with metal cutlery. Some people walked around for days with spoons or forks stuck to their tongues! <br /><br />I chipped a tooth on my soup<br /><br />Grandpa’s teeth were chattering - in the glass<br /><br />We had to chop up the piano for firewood - but we only got two chords. (barummpp brummp)<br /><br />I got a million of em'<br /><br />It was so cold . . .<br />when we milked the cows, we got ice cream! When we milked the brown cows - we got chocolate ice cream<br /><br />Words froze in the air. If you wanted to hear what someone said, you had to grab a handful of sentences and take them in by the fire<br /><br />We pulled everything out of the freezer and huddled inside it to warm up! <br /><br />I actually enjoyed it when someone spilled scalding hot coffee on my lap! <br /><br /><br />

Oh! The linseed oil worked out great! The deck is beautiful and its holding up very well so far. What I really like is the color the deck turned out. A nice dark color. Hides the dirt quite well. Thanks for asking.<br /> I believe you are the one to thank for that idea. Thank you.<br />Bassy
