Solex phn3 carb

I have a 1978 Bahama with a aq120b. It won't idle warm or cold. I put hotsppark ign in w coil, spark plugs, fuel filter, elect fuel pump and overhauled carb. Timing is as close as I can get it as it won't idle. It's starving for fuel. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks
