solenoid location

can anyone tell me the location of the solenoid on an 88 ranger bass boat? i have a johnson gt150

Haffi, he means starter solenoid. I am concerned that if he cannot find it on his own, he may not know how to fix it, and recommended a service manual to him.

hi chris, i am a mechanic, but now am a quadriplegic, so i have to direct people (usually my wife and or sons) on what to do, just makes it easier if i can tell them where it is since i cant show them! thanks for your help

Above the red contact, below and behind the starter where the Battery cable (B+) is attached.
