I've been playing with various props and I'm trying to switch out my current prop with another but I cannot remove the rubex from my solas 4 blade for the life of me!
I got an appropriate size nut/washer combo placed ontop of the hub and tried pounding it back out with a mallet and yet still no luck.
Any other tips or tricks besides a press(which I don't have access to)
For a hub that's supposedly swappable and less then a month old, it's sure is stuck good.
I guess it's good against spun prop but we're talking completely different travel direction here.
The last resort is thinking of placing the the entire prop with stuck hub in the freezer and let the rubber shrink some.
Any thoughts?
