While taking a break from the water pump job, I took some pics of the fleet and its assorted parts ... the number on the evinrude is 10022 10677 - so its a 1962 ten horse? it says sportwin on there, pretty little motor actually, cept for the rather cooked looking cylinder head<br /><br />anyone know how to post pics of something on here, or dont they allow direct posting?<br /><br />thanks

Actually, you need to add the www back in front of the address...

<br /><br />Actually, it looks less burned and more simple paint falling off. Typically, motors that have been hot show in the exhaust cover first. If compression is good (80+ psi in each hole) you should be good to go...<br />- Scott
