hi there, i have just got my hands on a very nice looking 10hp electric start outboard,it looks pretty old but in excellent condition,its a chrysler,starts up fine but the smoke is just unreal from a two stroke, so bad you can hardly see the motor,now i have checked the water pump/impellar looks great but is not pumping up to the head is there any chance that the oil from the gearbox could be getting in to the cylinders plugs are covered in oil,on the water problem i have taken off the head and see no blockages there,the impellar looks as new and i have put the water pump back with new gaskets,i can run for more than a one minute as i dont want to overheat,any help on these two problems would be great,thanks very much
