I have a 99 tige 2100v inboard with a 350 Mag Mpi engine. Last year in July I changed the spark plugs I found oil on them. We took the boat a couple of times after that. This year before I took it out I checked 1 plug and saw no oil. When I took it off the trailer at the lake there was white smoke coming from the rear of the boat. I opened the engine compartment and did not see any smoke. I also replaced the fuel injectors at the start of the season. Any thoughts? Thank you !!!!!!!

To start, Did the white smoke seem to be coming from inside/under the engine hatch compartment area or from the exhaust system on the outside of the boat while running/idling?

What were the outside air, lake and engine water temperatures at the time?
How did the boat/engine perform? Any changes?
Was the boat winterized and first start up after?

My only thought . . . if the smoke is from the exhaust and occurs consistently at start-up of the engine, it may be valve seals. Further diagnosis is warranted though . . .

I would verify the smoke issue. Do a compression test and a cylinder leak test and see where that leads.

I agree with tpenfield . In addition oil smoke is blue white either is temp differential of water to exhaust temps or from weather entering combustion some where black smoke is over fueling or unburned fuel due to poor or weak ignition hope this helps
