Smart Tabs??

I've read different threads here on this forum about smart tabs. From what I've read they adjust themselves as the speed is varied. The question I have is there any adjustment from side to side (if the boat is leaning)?
Thanks.........

Re: Smart Tabs??

They mount on the stern of your boat, and do help adjust for the "leaning" side to side.

My boat always "listed" toward the port side of my oat at speed. The smart tabs I put on can be adjusted, and by lowering the one on the port side it corrected the list.

Does the actual mounting location need to be lowered or just the tab?

Just the tabs. Think of a flap on a cardboard box....as the angle of the tab increases it causes more lifting preasure on that side of the boat.

No problem. I don't know a fraction of what these other people know about boats, but I have been saved by the tabs. I was so glad they solved my list issues.....I didn't know what else to do. It's nice when the solution is pretty cheap and very easy.

Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
