I was out on the water this weekend and my motor (1996 120 johnson looper) started acting up. it is running fine but when i take off it goes to about 3000 rpms and just kind of lingers there for about 4 to 6 seconds while i am teying to get it on plane. Then the rpms go up and it planes out. during this it does not stall it just stays around 3000 rpms. it just started doing this over the weekend. What could be the problem or is there a problem and?
