If your a really good skier and the stars are alligned correctly you may be able to get up.. as far as the kids as long as they are under 100lbs it shouldnt be a problem.. I see it as an advantage to learn on a lower hp boat when you are younger that way you arent spoiled by the big motors..(i was)

Check other thread regarding skiing behind 25 hp.

If you're an experienced skier, in shape and patient enough to hang on until the boat gets on plane, and have some generous sized combo skis you could be OK.

A big strong skier who is working against the boat can easily be a sea anchor and prevent any chance of success. There are just lots of variables, but I always say give it a try.

Light weights on the tube should not be a problem.

It's do-able with the right equipment and weight distribution in the boat.
