Ski towing bridle question

I have a new Alumacraft Classic 16 ft with a 70 Yamaha. I have a boarding ladder on the starboard side. I also have a ski tow bridle with a float attachment that clips onto the port and starboard tow/strapdown brackets. However, the tow bridle is attached on the inside of the top boarding ladder support....and a strong cut by a skier to the starboard side will cause the tow bridle line to be in contact with the boarding ladder top support and pulling against it. The boarding ladder has 4 attachment points with good size bolt/screws into the 2 inch transom...but no backing plates. Will the force be dissipated by the main attachments to the tow brackets? Or will enough lateral force be applied to the boarding ladder support to pull it out of the transom? If your opinion is that I run the risk of pulling out the boarding ladder support then I would ask what the workaround might be. I don't think there is a ski pylon setup for this kind of boat........but maybe someone knows of a supplier. Thanks for listening!

Re: Ski towing bridle question

Looks like no one has an opinion. For anyone who is interested, I decided to shorten the bridle so it will not pull very much against the boarding ladder handhold. But it will contact the back of the motor when the skier is cutting hard, but I figured it won't hurt it beyond maybe a few scrape marks. But putting a lot of pressure on the boarding ladder handhold could pull it out of the transom.

Re: Ski towing bridle question

Sounds like the best solution. I've shortened every transom bridle I've had so it just clears the outboard. It helps keep rope out of prop if pulley on bridle can't drop over the lower unit. I have also had a couple of Glastrons where the eyes are set in closer - like 20" apart or only 10" from centerline of boat. We attached the ski rope to just one eye, and it worked fine. 16' boat, 115 hp. Tracked fine with slalom skier.
