Ski recommendation?

We are all novices, but looking for a ski recommendation for a family with a few teens. I don't need to spend $1000....wondering if I can get anything worthwhile for under $200.

One of these in the proper size is a nice all around ski that you can get some performance out of. It is the ski that I bought for my son. Blem just means there is some cosmetic imperfection somewhere. Never have found the blemishes on either of my Radar skis.

I have a set of O'Brien combo skis, paid less than $200 at West Marine. You shouldn't have to pay more than that for novice-level skis. My slalom ski is a higher-end, but older, one that I bought from a friend that used to ski competitively, I think I paid $200 for it about 10 years ago. I'm a fairly good slalom skier and it works great for me.

My wife (who is 79) and I (77) both use two feet on a wood ski that I made. Never found a fiberglass that I liked
