Ski Ladder

I have an 2005 aluminum Bass Tracker PT 185 with a 90 Merc. Anyone have any suggestions on the best ski ladder I could get? I think I would like one that is attached to the boat, so that it wouldn't be laying in the floor. Not much space when the whole family skiing.

Getting in a boat without something to step on can be a real pain, especially if your tired from a hard run. I didn't want to put a ladder on my low profile boat so instead I found a set of "Step and Trim" trim tabs. These are manual trim tabs that make a great foothold when climbing on board.
