In the Southeast, repair $75.00, replace $100.00 to $150.00, that is with you removeing lower unit, draining fluild and take to shop. It will depend on rates where you are. Find a prop shop they can do it.
FWIW, when I see one of those SkegGards on a nice boat it screams "M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E" to me. A proper repair is not too much. I guess I'd do one to get me on the water quickly, but I'd do it right later.
