In the Southeast, repair $75.00, replace $100.00 to $150.00, that is with you removeing lower unit, draining fluild and take to shop. It will depend on rates where you are. Find a prop shop they can do it.

NW of Chicago here, for a full skeg repair(they had to cut off the whole thing to do it right), was $245 on the boat.

FWIW, when I see one of those SkegGards on a nice boat it screams "M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E" to me. A proper repair is not too much. I guess I'd do one to get me on the water quickly, but I'd do it right later. may be cheaper in the long run to replace the lower end of the drive...
