I bought a project boat from the '60s and have a question about the lights. The sidelights on the bow are red and BLUE, instead of green. How does that work? Perhaps blue used to be an acceptable color in the 60s, or I'm supposed to put a yellow light behind the blue filter... ??

Thanks!

Re: sidelight colors

Im guessing that old age got to the green light and turned it blue. red and green have been the standard for a very long time..............

Yeah, it's always been red and green. Sun probably changed color of filter over the years.
