Hey guys I pulled the drive off my 2000 bayliner with a 5.0 mercruiser alpha one drive, checked the gimbal bearing and u joints and everything looks, feels good now I'm wondering if I should go ahead an replace the bellows while I have it off. The bellows were replaced two years ago and they still look almost new , always ran in fresh water and stored with the drive down. I can't find any signs of cracks or wear but didn't know should i go ahead and replace them while i have the drive off or should they still be good for a few more years? Any advice is much appreciated

2 years old, don't worry about the bellows since they "should" last 5 years.

My 1995 Rinker boots have never been replaced. It stays on the trailer ad I keep the drive all the way down when stored. If you keep it in the water check but as fishrdan mentioned, they should have no issue with 5 years if not a bit more

With only 2 years on them I would leave it. On my old boat I would pull the drive every other year for impeller but wasn't until the 6th year that I did the bellows.
