Short or long water pump?

'94 5.7Gi PHUS. Does it run a short or long water pump. The pulleys are rusted to the point I'm just going to replace them.

Don't need the pump, just the pulleys.

Again Contact a Volvo dealer, and using the Serial Number, should able to get replacements

Most GM pullys are short but some use a larger diameter

While the Volvo engine uses GM pulleys. You won't find them in an automotive equivalent

Either visit your GM industrial dealer or order thru Volvo

Me personally, would soak the pullies in oxalic acid for a week (to remove all the rust). Wire brush them and paint them.

Your out maybe $20

If the pullies weren't rotted through, I would just wire brush them and spray a coat of Rust-oleum or Tremclad
