I've got a 25hp Merc that weighs a little over a hundred pounds I think, and I'd like to ship it from NY to Fl. I really don't know where to start. What kinds of companies will do this for me? Any help on how to get this ball rolling would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Shipping an outboard

i have recieved several motors , ups, fed ex, and dhl. they just charge extra for over sized package and over sized weight. some motor and air freight companies do it also. you are responsible for crating. search outboards on ebay there are some post the quote shipping buy freight . find out who they are and contact them.
