Shifter help?

I have a 1997 Bayliner Capri with a 120 h.p. force out board. I need to replace the shifter. It has a quicksilver 3000 with the trim and kill switch. I cant find a replacement. Is this something that has to be repaired at a dealer? How hard of a job is this to do?

Bump. Any help would be great, folks. I have never worked on a boat, and I would just like some input.

I personally can't help with this but be patient, and search this forum for help. There are several old threads on this subject here that will answer your questions. Help will come.
