Shifter Cable Replacement

Hi all,
This is my first post on this forum.

I have a 21' CC Seachaser with a 130 Honda. Could anyone give me a ballpark fair price for labor to replace the shifter cables. I have one going bad causing the control to be real stiff.

I live in NW Florida and so far one guy has offered to replace them both for $150.00 plus cable costs.

Also, what would be the best cables to get?
