Shift selector seal?

Hello,
i have a leak coming from just above my speedometer cable and not sure what the part/seal is that needs to be replaced.

Can it be accessed without removing the lower unit? I have it apart now changing the impeller and don't want to put it back together if I'll need to do it again.

Ayuh,..... It's fine, the speedo cable ain't a cable it's a tube that carries water pressure to the gauge,.....
