Yes it will. The Problem is that it is so soft you could shear one by shifting at to high of a RPM.<br />Shear pins are made of high tensile bronze or<br />softer stainless steel.<br />Make a few and go for a ride, you might like<br />them. It depends on where you boat as to what pin would work best for you. pertaining<br />to rocks,wood,gravel,sand,and deep clear water...have fun...corm
