Alright ya'll I've got a puzzler on my hands, and I haven't been able to narrow it down. I bought a boat 2nd hand with a 2013 yamaha F60. Motor has low hours, but I believe has sat for quite a while. I can't get the motor up over 3000RPM even at wide open throttle. Initially thought it was an electrical or fuel issue. So, I started by checking for spark. I've replaced spark plugs, wires and put new coils in. I've replaced water separator filter. Pulled apart the VST housing replaced that filter and put a new high pressure fuel pump in, due to old pump being very corroded. I'm at a loss now. Anyone had similar issues or could give me pointers in the right direction? Almost acting as if the motor is in limp mode. I have no alarms on the dash for high temp or oil pressure. Is there a neutral safety somewhere or something else electronic that i'm missing that could be causing my issues? I do not have issues with the motor starting or even running for that matter, other then the fact that she wont come up to full RPM. Really trying not to bring it to a shop but that's my last resort. Hopefully ya'll can give me some pointers
