I am installing a bigger motor than I have now, and would like to set up dual batteries to help with starting and also for accessories also. I have pontoon, and it has two area's for the dual batteries but its not set of for the electrical. Can someone help me out for the best set up?

Re: Setting up Dual Batteries??

Here is the most versatile way to do it. There are others using isolators, combiners, and ACR's (automatic charge relays). None of them provide the versatility of the manual battery switch however. It just depends on what functionality you want and I suspect the switch is what you are after.

Silvertip, Thanks that looks like exactly what I want. It looks similar to what I had on my cuddy. So I should be able to go to the marine shop and just pick up that switch, and then run my wiring. Thanks for the help.
