Setting timing on a 1984 Honda BF100

Replacing a broken timing belt on a 1984 Honda BF100L. Got the flywheel off and the belt on but am having difficulty with setting the timing. Can find no pertinent information in my Seloc Manual or online. I can see the two marks on top of the pulser module and a 1 on the "distributor". There are two marks on the flywheel and the small mark on the stand-off that holds the pull cord housing. I need feedback from someone who has done this before so I can set it up right. Please respond.
