Looking at buying a service manual for my volvo penta. Is there one manual better than others, if so which one?

OEM is the only way to go.
All the aftermarket manuals (seloc & clymers) do is condense the OEM manual into useless drivel full of mistakes.

I'm looking at buying the OEM service manuals online, but I need the model number off the engine to make sure I get the right manual. The only numbers that I'm find are part numbers for specific parts. I know that it should start with 5.7GSI, but I don't know what letters are after that.

Doesn't anyone ever give an approximate year? Things do change from year to year ya know.
