Serpentine Belt with Boat in Water

Can anyone tell me the procedure for changing the serpentine belt on a Volvo penta 5.0 GLXi-j? The boat is in the water.

buy new belt, install belt

if you have to disconnect the raw water line from the pump, work fast, you will get water in the bilge.
