Serial number

I have a 225hp outboard. I got 2 numbers off the engine (ot165750) &(826364_c) but I cant find that serial number any wear can anybody help thanks

This comes up as an MERCURY 3.0L OFFSHORE EFI 250 XL EFI
MERCURY - (250 H.P. (2000)
Serial No: 0T165750 Model No: 1250423WD
