Did you know... that on this day in 1620, the Pilgrims set sail for the new world from Plymouth, Great Britain?<br /><br />In two months, they'll be breaking bread and eating turkey!!<br /><br />Ugh.. that means winter is coming...<br /><br />I thought that was pretty interesting.<br /><br />Sean

And landed in Plymouth, Massachusetts - if you visit us you can visit the Plymouth plantation which is the village where people live, dress, talk and work as they did then. If you go to Plymouth harbor you can see a replica of the mayflower and see the rock where they landed and carved the date.

Figure that, they left from Plymouth, England and without a map or chart they just happened upon Plymouth, Massachusetts just in time for Thanksgiving. What are the odds on that...Chief ;)
