i suppose there better than nothing. but, since there's access to the oem ones here. why bother.
as for usefulness. my guess the comments will be there good for knee pads, or good to stash in the outhouse for paper work.

fwiw, my first manual was a seloc or the likes. i do have it throwed into the boat for issues i may have while out boating as i figure any info is better than none. but if i really wanna know what the facts are. the oem manuals are where you find that info out at.. i haven't looked at my seloc all summer, all year even. i've referenced my oem s/m's very frequently though (daily, weekly).

Ayuh,.... They make a pretty good Kneepad if your workin'/ kneelin' on a stone parking lot....

My dad's boat came with a Clymer manual, it's better than nothing. It has a few things wrong in it, like telling me to disconnect and plug the vacuum advance to set the timing. The guys here let me know that boats don't have vacuum advance. I figured out how to download the factory manual from the Adults Only section, I'm a happy boater now!
