Well, I'm not sure what you are trying to catch???(might want to check state regulations on seines) But poles should be moved along by each person, held at about a 45 deg angle (tilted back) and probed, short up-n-down strokes to keep fwd movement, and keep the top of the net laying back....one person needs to eventually be the pivot person at shore line and the other just begins to circle into shore probing as you go until you reach the shoreline, and remember, keep the net layed back and pulled tight, yet against the bottom as you reach shore. The 2 of you need to "slide" the net out onto the shore a bit(Don't let the float end fall back into the water, you will lose fish)
Once you get it on shore, remove the fish! :)

Re: SEINE NET'S

The drag of water-flow through the seine is quite a bit, so it helps to lay it back a bit and it works simular to a parachute, just keep it tight when coming ashore.
Good luck! :)
