Hello All,
I have a 2004 16' Explorer with a 60HP Johnson. The boat came with a cover that utilizes the snaps along the outside of the boat. Unfortunately, the cover has seen many types of weather, and my miles on the road. It has now passed its prime, and it is time to replace it.
One feature of the original that I didn't like was that the bow deck was exposed to the rain. As a result, rainwater would flow into the boat, causing me to fail Quagga Mussle inspections here in California. Not a good thing anytime, but worse at 5AM on a winter day!
I'd like to find a nice waterproof cover that can cover the electric trolling motor mounted on the bow. Basically, I'm looking for full coverage of the boat so water cannot enter.
I'd appreciate any recommendations, and if someone has the exact boat, and is happy with his/her setup, I'd like to know and if possible see picture.
