Secure Back Seats in 2001 Capri Sport 215

I have a 2001 Capri Sport 215 and have found the rear seats to be an aweful design. There are 3 seperate cushions that are not secured and cover the rear coolers.

The rear lip of the plywood slide into a small groove and the front of the cushion used to snap into the front of the coolers. Never has stayed in place, especially when transporting.

Does anyone out there know exactly what I'm talking about and have you modifed your boat to make this work? Any ideas?

my boat has 1" wide straps that snap to the sides of the storage areas so they cant lift up. if i forget to snap them, they start to fly up when towing.

Mine has only flipped up when I towed without the bow cover on.

I actually remove the rear cushions and stow under the consoles when towing. The snap design isn't worth squat in my opinion.
