Seat removal-278 V/DC

I recently purchased a 1995 Stratos 278 V/DC bassboat and the bench seat needs to be re-covered. Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the darn thing? I can't seem to find the right combination!! Thanks.

If this is the center back seat mine lifts from the bakc and there is a cooler under it.
