seat height?

Anyone know the original seat hieght (from deck to top of seat) on the smaller SC runabouts? Nassau's or Jet's. If you have orginal seats still laying around (or still using them) could you measure the the seat height for me.

Yes. Deck (or floor) to the top of the seat part (original, factory from the mid to late 60's) that you sit on.

I would guess about 8". I put 10" in my Jupiter and they were a smidge too high.

I'm looking at what I'm doing w/ mine and they apear really high. Photo's show them pretty low w/ the backs of the seats not quite clearing the gun whales.

Nassau' and Jet's are also shallower than your Jupiter was. 6" ???
