'Tis a week before Christmas and the boating season down here has been in full swing for about 4 months,(we don't boat for about 30 days just to give the mechanics some work).<br />The child bride is in the kitchen preparing the turkey and ham and readying the desserts, the loonie juice, sorry, alcoholic beverages, is in the cooler and the forecast for the 25th is for about 40 degrees C, about 105 farengrade in the old terms.<br />I've already booked my space under a tree in the backyard 'cos I'm not going boating with a gutfull of maniac soup in me, but I'd like to wish everyone here a happy and safe festive season, and a more peaceful new year.
