My 2021, Key West is making a whistle noise at approximately 10 after after I started is coming from the console compartment, any advise why this noise is greatly appreciated.

Approximately 10 what? Minutes?

Is your motor control unit built into the console? If so, could it be a buzzer warning?

approximately 10 minutes. yes is into the console

A guess is that the overheat warning for the motor is sounding. A lot of them are built into the motor control box.

overheat, Low oil if either a two stoke or a four stroke. It's advisable to remove the hood and check things every now and then.
