Sears Ted Williams 7.5 HP carb?

I have a 1968 Sears Ted Williams 7.5 hp with a McCulloch engine. It has a Marvel Schebler SUM20 carb on it. It wouldn't pull gas into the carb to keep it running so I bought a carb repair kit for it. When the kit came it had a little O ring with the float spring and inlet needle. However when disassembling the carburetor I never came across an O ring. Just wondering if anyone has worked on one of these carbs as I couldn't find much on the internet? Any help would be appreciated.

What manufacturer? Got a model number. Its not an Eska with that carb. Is it a McCulloch?

Yes, it’s a McCulloch engine. Model number is 574-59941

Imo that's a friction washer to prevent the screw from adjusting itself, it may still be in the carb..
