I just picked up a used 14' (13'6") Sears Gamefisher jon boat.
I plan to restore it back to its original condition and I could use some help with the following:

The year of mfg.
Number of persons, gear, horse power rating etc (info you would find on the USCG plate). There is no plate.

I can supply the following:

Hull ID: 3TRH87701282-C3
Length: 13'6"
Beam: 3'9"
Transom depth: 16"
Hull material: Aluminum

If this information is not known by anyone on this forum, maybe someone could suggest a source that I could contact.

Thanks for any help received!

Congrats on the new(to you) boat:D You should be able to get her back on the water soon to enjoy the rest of the summer.:)

If you have any pictures of the boat that you can post it will help get some answers to your questions. Are you looking to restore it for fishing?

What size motor are you looking to run it with? There are a few other restorations of very similar boats on these forums. Look in the restoration section for the other gamefisher threads.

I have a 14' Sears boat left to me by my Father-in-Law.

The data plate used to state:

800# capacity
15 HP max propulsion

The plate went white when the soap, water and srub brush came near.
