i have a 1988 maverick stern driven boat. i need to get a rebuilt motor and i was wondering what all i need to buy. ie do i need upper and lower assemblies<br /><br />My grandfather took the engine apart and never put it back together. i dont have the time to put it back together and havent found anyone who will do it for me. i am in charlotte and there seems to be a shortage in marine repair. the engine is a 3 liter 135 hp mercruiser i/o.
