Hello all I have a 1996 searayder f-16 with 120. Now the problem, starts fine out of water but as soon as you put it in water won't start very easy if it starts at all. Starts out turning over fine then not sure get's really hard for it to turn over almost like maybe it hydro locks not sure. Had this problem when I got it late last year it's been in the shop all winter just got it back, they cleaned the carbs and tested compression and told me starts fine ready to go, went to the water same problem any help please, first boat and what a pain. thanks for your time
