Seapro 180cc

I have a 1996 SeaPro 180CC that has a 112 Johnson. This boat porpoises alot, I thought I could change my prop to fix but am told that is not the problem. Do I need trim tabs?? Seesm like a small boat to need those. Doesn't matter how I trim the motor, it porpoises. Anyone else have this issue?

I put a hydrofoil on my outboard and my 180cc is a much smoother ride now, trimtabs work good too
