Working on a friends 2004 Seadoo XP DI. It keeps blowing the 2 amp information center fuse when the safety lanyard is connected. Runs fine other wise. All the connectors and wiring seem normal.
Is the ski powered up just by its own battery ?
asking because I had a gtx Di and it was a sensitive machine...but more importantly if you have it running off jump leads or a larger battery...it blows fuses and rectifiers in an instant.
Ok. If it’s defo never been jump started and rectifier is fine...there are 2 main fuses in a sealed black box at the rear of ski...in a kind of water sealed connection. Check them.
