My 2001 GS has about 16 inches of air at the top of the oil feed line which comes off the top of the oil tank. There's a T where it attaches to the oil tank and a plastic thingy that looks like an oil filer (cone shaped) or a one way air valve with about a 1/4" barb on the end (for attaching a hoze). How can I get the air out of the line? I worried that it may work itself down and cavitate the oil pump.

only be concerned if air is in the ones at the bottom of the tank, to bleed the oil pump there is a screw on the front of the pump for that its 8 mm
