I have a 1993 sea wolf 22ft. it has two vents on the side. one is a gas tank vent. the other which is beside it goes to a hose that goes under the deck. could it also be a gas tank vent? I can't find any information on it. I'm getting gas in the bilge when topping off the tank. I can't find a leak but suspect a vent hose.

you should have an access cover to inspect the fuel tank.

that cover will also give you access to the vent and fill hoses.

28 years is a long time for rubber bits.
