The flush out on my 120(1995) is located right in top of the cyl head (top being if you put your finger center of the flywheel about 5" away is the head ) there should be a removable plug .you should get the fush out kit from your dealer but all you need is a 5/16 brass elbow ,5/16 rubber hose ,clamps and a hose adapter with a check valve in it all available from a hardware store .

over heating problem?

over heating problem?

I have a sea rayder 95 90 HP, and the engine would shut down after it runs for a few minutes. I would start again after about 10 minutes of sitting on the water, but would shut down after what appears to be over heating. I can not find a heat sensor anywhere (except for the one on the cylinder, which activates the buzzer), but I don't think that sensor has the capability to disable the engine, not the way I checked it anyway. But when I checked the water passage from from the exhaust nozzle to the cylinder head (the water tube) there was no clogs. The whole engine did not clogged either. Could the recifier (or any electrical components) be bad once it heats up? Once the engine heats up, there was no spark at the spark plug. Water was flowing out of the thermostat housing when I removed the housing. Can someone please help me with this. Best regards to everybody.

Start a new thread and link this one.

First thing I would try is the rev limiter, disconnect the blk-yellow wire and see if it runs awhile. Those rev limiters are problematic-don't go jumping waves while the limiters not connected.

You sure your engine is not running hot when it dies?
