Sea rayder help!

Well the boat seemed like it ran out of gas the test run but, it went good for the first 20 minets,so I bought it lol Today I loaded the family for a quick rip on the lake. Started fine but after it warmed up I would start off and then after about 30 seconds it would just stop, I would turn it over and it would run for only about 30 seconds each time. I don't have a manual but would love some imput on what I might want to check first? Its got a 94 with the sport jet 90
