Sea Rayder 120 Problem with cockpit drain

So I was cleaning out the boat, 95 Sea Rayder.....and it started to rain. ALOT the cockpit filled with water and wouldn't drain. I assumed the cockpit drain got clogged, so i lifted up a little bit on the white tube leading from the drain in the engine compartment. Cracked it very close to the drain itself up under the seats. For the life of me I can't figure out how to unhook it and reattach it, I can't even see it! Is there any way to get access or an easier way to fix this problem? I tried to remove the drain plug inside the cockpit itself, but its sealed pretty good. Does it just have a barbed end on it that I can pull off and get a new fitting and push back in? Please help
