Fuel line to the carburetor has been disconnected to see if there is fuel pumping when generator is turned over and it sprays fuel.
I was able to start the generator and keep it running for 10-15 seconds before I stopped adding starting fluid. Both spark plugs were dry and did not smell like fuel at all.
I took off the carburetor as well and it was full of old fuel, while the line to the carburetor was full of new fuel. It did not look like there was fresh fuel circulating through it at all.
My question is whether or not the carburetor is clogged, etc and not allowing fuel to spray or if this could be something else? I have a carburetor rebuild kit on the way as well.
